Strawberry Strawberry Pie



1 pie crust
1 pint ripe strawberries
1 package strawberry Jell-O 
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup sugar
whipped cream


1. Pre-bake pie crust and let it cool
2. Slice the strawberries into the pie crust
3. In a medium saucepan mix the package of jello with the cornstarch
4. Add the water and sugar
5. Cook over medium heat until boiling stirring occassionally
6. Pour the boiling mixture over the sliced strawberries
7. Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for 3-4 hours until the jello glaze sets
8. Serve with a big dollop of whipped cream over the pie
