As Body Logic enters its 9th year providing chiropractic care to the Virginia Beach Community, we recognize the need to change our rates for the first time since I started the practice in 2009. As many of you have seen, there have been a lot of changes to Body Logic over the last several years to provide better service and experience, including:
• Hired high-quality doctors to increase appointment availability
• Hired high-quality administrative staff to improve office flow and management
• New office location to improve customer comfort, increase availability of quality products and services, and provide community wellness education classes
• Provide training for staff to continue growing and improving to better serve you
As always, we strive to provide exemplary chiropractic care through longer patient visits allowing for more hands-on time with the doctors compared to other offices in the area. We do not want to sacrifice that time to simply fit in more appointments. Adapting our prices will allow Body Logic to continue to thrive and provide the same level of care while supporting our office and staff with competitive pay. We have reviewed inflation rates to determine our fee schedule changes.There has been a 15.8% increase in inflation rate over the last 9 years according to the US Department of Labor. We have elected to increase our adjustment appointment rates by 12%, while choosing to reduce other fees to maintain affordability. To remain transparent, you will find a breakdown of costs below for patients that pay for their treatment directly to our office. Please note, some of these costs apply to patients that submit to insurance yet do not have coverage for all services rendered. We will be implementing our new fee schedule effective May 1, 2018.
